Known upgrades receive an upfront parts BOM. Unknown failures begin with diagnosis before replacement parts are approved.

Local handoff or shipping
Local jobs can be arranged for handoff. Approved mail-in jobs receive a shipping plan appropriate to the machine.

Benchwork
We complete the approved repair, upgrade, rebuild, cooling work, customization, or component installation.

Configure and validate
Relevant BIOS, firmware, thermals, memory, storage, graphics, networking, and stability checks are performed around the job.
